These general terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Peak Finthor platform. They describe the rights and obligations of you, the user, and the applicable platform operator. Please review them before opening an account, using the service or carrying out a transaction. By accepting them, you enter into a legally binding agreement with the relevant counterparty.

By registering, logging in, using a platform feature or otherwise engaging with Peak Finthor, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Use. You may not copy, distribute, publish or use it commercially without prior written permission. Violations may result in civil claims or criminal action.

All information you provide, including identity, contact and payment information, must be truthful, complete and kept up to date. Inaccurate, incomplete or outdated details may result in restricted access, withdrawal limitations or legal action. Personal data is processed under our privacy policy and relevant UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR, with suitable safeguards and clear processing practices.

You are solely responsible for every investment or trading decision made through Peak Finthor, whether entered by you or produced through AI-assisted automation, and for any resulting outcome. Peak Finthor offers software and trading tools only, not personalised financial advice, investment recommendations or profit guarantees.
